Can Ovarian Cyst Cause Pain In Left Abdomen, Bloating And Gas?

I have been experiencing left side of abdominal pain intermittently. I also experience bloating and excess gas. I have constipation problem for sometime because of hypothyroid. I have gone through a series of tests including altra-sound. Everything is normal except i have a small cysct in my ovary.
