Can Ovarian Cyst Cause Radiating Pain From Groin To Legs?

I was diagnosed with a 1 1/2 cm l ovarian cyst 4 days ago and a spot of endometriosis on that ovary. I have had l flank pain, groin and radiating pain down my l leg. Very intense. Unable to sleep or walk straight or at a distance without extreme pain. Could this small a cyst cause this much pain? Any other answers? I do not have my uterus, just ovaries. I am 48 yrs old with hx of uterine fibroids and endometriosis.
