Can Ovary Release An Ovum After Fallopian Tube Is Blocked?

My right fallopian tube was blocked. Just got my hssg done this month after hssg i got ewcm on my fertile days. Thats unusual for me So i tot i will concieve and my left lower side feel pain during ovulation day.thats why i tot my left ovary release egg .but today i got my period . I have a plan to take clomid dis cycle is it possible that my left ovary will release egg ?
