Can Pain In The Leg, Back And Tiredness Be Due To Citrobacter Koseri Infection?

I am 49, 66Kg. In January I had a big diarree. In April I had a new one followed by a urinary infection and I lost 3 kg (I had 69 before) which I did not recovered. I made analysis in May and citrobacter koseri was found in urine. I made some treatement but it did not go entirelly away. Moreover, I had some gastric problems, pain, also in my back, etc, coming and going. Finally, since some time I have pain in my legs sometimes and feel them very tiered. I also feel easely my hand and foot becoming asleep. I made a gastroendoscopie and the doctor said my esophage was inflamted and prescribe me Pantomed. I should make a collonoscopie next week ( I extracted a polipe some 20 years ago and make regular checks - last in 2005). I saw an urulogist today who found I have a small abcess in the prostata and prescribe me Ciproxine;

Do you thing all my simptoms, including the neurologic ones, could be related to the citrobacter koseri infection?

Should I take the antibiotics? I saw that it could provoque neurologic problems and as I have already these funny sensations. Moreover, if I begin to take it, could I still make the collonoscopie next week, or is better to posponed it? Or should I make the collonoscopie first and begin with the antibiotique only afterwords?

I ould be very gratefull for you anwser because I am getting completelly lost. many thanks,
