Can Partial Hysterectomy Cause Hot Flashes And Bladder Issues?

Hi, I had a partial hysterectomy in June of 2014 due to endometriosis. About 3 weeks later I started experiencing flashes as well as reoccurring bladder infections. To date, I frequently have to urinate and I have a funny/weird feeling in that area. My question is, did the surgery cause the flashes to start and did it cause bladder issues?
