Can Pemphigus Cause Acute Facial And Back Breakouts?

My sister has been diagnosed with pemphigus many years ago. I don't recall the type but the fatal one. My teen daugher recently has been suffering with bad breakouts on her face & back. I am worried. Can this be the start of it? We see a dermatologist this week. Thanks for any info. you can give me.
