Can Penile Foreskin Detachment From Head With Bleeding And Pain Cause Infection?

Hi, The foreskin of my Penis got detached from it's head resulting in bleeding profusely and paining badly. After 40-45 minutes, the pain got relieved. However, I am very much scared and fearing of now pulling it back. I simply applied some body lotion on my penis and could not consult a doctor. It has been two days past. I am afraid if any infection may occur. Kindly advise some medicine. Also, can it effect my future married life as I am unmarried as of now and never had intercourse.
