Can Penis Extenders Really Increase Length Permanently, As Some Sources Claim, Or Is This Inaccurate?

I have size matters. I know 3 inches is enough.. but thing my one is smaller than that..
When I surf the internet, I found ” penis exteder" and penis pumpms..
Penise pump make tempary growth due blood pressure in the penis..
But there were mentioned that "Penis Extenders" makes permanent length growth about 0.9 inches if we wear them 8 or 9 hours a day for 6 months...

So I ordered one of them..

Is that true?
