Can Penis Glans Sore And Urination Burning After Unprotected Intercourse Be Treated?

Hello I am a 23 year male. I had unprotected sex and after that I found a sore inside the tip of my penis. I have hsv igg but my current partner came out negative wid whom I and sex and discovered the sore. I went to a dermatologist and infection specialist they treated me for gonorea, but I don't have gonoreah . They said it is nothing to worry about.. But it sometimes burns while urinating.. I am really scared.. Will this lead to cancer?? Please advise on what should I do. It has been almost 10 months now..
