Can Penis Size Be Enlarged Through Medication?

Dear Sir, I am 28 years old. I have been doing hand job for more than eight years. The size of my penis is too small. Now I am scared about if got married whether I will be able to satisfy my partner or not and also will I eligible to give birth for a baby. Is there any exercise/treatment for penis enlargement. Please advice.
