Can Period Be Delayed On Birth Control Pills?

Hi, I am 21 years old and I have been using birth control pills for over two years (started with Yaz and then switched to Gianvi) I have been on Gianvi for at least the last 3 months, in which for two months I had spotting and this last month I didn't, I also have not missed any pills, and in two years I have never missed my period. My boyfriend and I had an accident a week ago (he didn't pull out in time) I took the emergency pill to be safe but today is going to be my third placebo pill and I still haven't started my period. Should I be worried?
