Can Periods Be Postponed While Having Birth Control Pills?

hi. i am an 18 year old girl..i am on the birthcontrol pill "Minesse" 28 tablets.. the four last tablets are white. i am supposed to take the first white tablet tomorow and get my period. my question is if there is any way i can prospone my period for a week.?!

should i start a new pack and take the four white pills next week?
