Can Pimple In Nasal Bridge Cause Severe Headaches?

I have what I believe to be a pimple deep under the surface in my nasal bridge area near the tear duct, and it has been giving me a constant headache since last week. i have been trying to wait until it either disappears or comes to the surface, but it does not seem to be doing either yet. what can I do about this?
