Can Pinched Nerve Cause Pain,numbness And Tingling Sensation In Fingers?

I think I may have a pinched nerve -- it s been 10 days and I have numbness and tingling on my right index finger and middle finger. When I lean on my right arm I have pain that shoots from shoulder to above my elbow. I got a massage and she said there were many knots in my neck and shoulder, but that didn t give relief. Who should I see -- a chiropractor?
