Can Pleural Effusion Recur After Its Treatment?

I had pleural effusion and after pleural tapping my ada was high an doctor advised me to start TB medications.so my question is what if I completed my meditation course my pleural effusion will also reduced or not.or their is any chance for pleural effusion again??
