Can Pleurisy Be Caused From Anxiety ? I Was Diagnosed

Can pleurisy be caused from anxiety ? I was diagnosed with GAD a few years ago and have been experiencing awful pain in my chest and lungs. I went to the ER and everything with my heart and blood was perfectly fine, including my x rays as well. When going to my primary doctor, they told me I had pleurisy. Is it common to feel as if my throat is slowly swelling up? I forgot to ask this question while in the doctors office. But anyways I just didn't know if feeling like I cant breathe very well is normal and also if pleurisy can be caused by anxiety.
