Can Pneumonia In My Right Lung Cause Sharp, Intermittent Left-sided Chest Pain Given My Severe Asthma?

I have had chest tightness over the weekend with an odor on my breath which in the past has been the inset of bronchitis. I have severe asthma. I went to Dr on Monday and they gave me a zpack and pretnazone. I have since had severe neck pain and sharp pains on the left side of my chest (where the heart is) that comes and goes as well as coughing. I went to the er today and they the tropinin levels and EKG were normal, but I also have been taking a biotin supplement which I didn t know could change the results. They did x-ray and said I have pnuemonia in my right lung. I don t understand how having pnuemonia on the right side is causing the pain on the left. The same thing happened back in June. Not sure what to do but I feel like it s my heart. I don t know what to ask for at this point from the doctors.
