Can Pollen/dust Cause Rash Like Allergy?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...can you get a rash all over and itching from putting your air conditioning filter in the wrong way. lots of pollen & dust outside. no other changes in anything (soaps, etc.)
