Can Polycystic Ovaries Cause Irregular Periods?

hi doctor,i am 25years old.i have irregular periods..i am having polysysytic ovaries and was having krimson 35.but after stopping that my periods starts to be irregular again..now i am going to start ginet 84..6months b4 my ovary size was right:39 and left:40..we would like to have a baby..just wondering using ginet 84 will help to get my periods regular and help us to have a baby??thanks
