i am married since two years.. i hav polycystic ovaries since five years.. i went to a gyenacologist n i was prescribed with two kinds of tablets 1.krimson 2.metformin(since my fasting insulin level was 31). bt i din take any of those tabs.. my qsn is can i cure pcos naturally? and is there any possibility to get pregnant naturally without any medications? will i get diabetes in future? should i follow any diet in food habits from now? (im 23 yrs old. my weight is 65kgs. height is 5 n haf ft).
