Can Preejaculated Sperm On Penis Cause Pregnancy?

So yesterday night I masturbated ( I think) I don t remember .. Well I peed three times today once in the morning once in the mid day & once in the afternoon , well I went to my girls house and I couldn t get hard and she wanted me to stick it in soft so I did.. It still didn t get fully hard and I m sure I didn t preejaculste but if I did .. if I peed 3 times today and wasn t hard is there little chance she might be preg, cause Ive done research and it says that preejaculation doesn t have sperm unless its been it there from last time.
