Can Pregnancy Cause Skin Rash?

Hello doctors I have a very serious question. I have a ?rash? on my left arm it doesnt itch anymore. It looks like tiny blisters with dark brown underneath, the starting pount is the darkest and i just wanna know what it is because I'm pregnant and I've had it for a few months its spread just a little. Please help me.
