Can Pregnancy Happen Due To Ejaculation Despite Being On Birth Control?

My boyfriend and i were having sex today, and i'm on birth control,(i never miss a pill) and he ejaculated somewhat inside me. Towards the opening of the vagina. Birth control is meant to prevent pregnancy. But i'm very nervous. What's the chance i could be pregnant.
