Can Pregnancy Happen While Being Treated With Minnesse Pills?

hi doc...can a woman fall pregnant while she is being treated with a minnesse pill for some condition that has nothing to do with prevention against pregnancy. the reason why am asking is because iv read that minnesse is also used as a prevention pill.
