Can Pregnancy Occur Due A Very Very Little Precum Mixed

Can pregnancy occur due a very very little precum mixed with saliva in fingers during fingering my gfs vaginal lip not at all depp just outside....? Please help im so tensed nd i got my xams near...and also i didnt ejaculated since 3 days before the incident and i always urinate 3 times a day and i had also urinated before the incident.
