Can Presence Of Cyst Causes Excess Vaginal Bleeding?

hi, Doc I went for check up because im worried about my discharge its been 7 months already im still not cured.I had my ultrasound and the result says i have cyst..but my gyne is not worried about that instead she gave me another antibiotics to take?Do you think Doc that cyst could be the reason why my discharge is still there apart from taking antibiotics? I always feel headache and sometime pain on my lower part of my stomach..I have 20-25 pus cells when my discharge had check from lab..how delicate it is Doc???
