Can Prolonged Usage Of Lexapro Cause Nausea And Palpitations Of Heart?

I have severe anxiety due to a death in the family. Have been on Lexapro for about 2 months 10 mg/day . Was fine to start off with now feel sick and nauseous heart palputations very sweaty followed by cold and shivery and have tingly arms. Have started half a clonidine twice daily today, was on Deralin 40 mg a day bedore and tale Oxzazapam when needed. Can these side effects of lexapro develop after being on it for a time was on it a couple of years ago with no problems
