Can Prostate Enlarge Again After A TURP Surgery?

I had a TURP Op 2011. Can the prostate become enlarged againI as I am having some of the same problems before the op. I also have a 4mm stone in my kidney can they get rid of the stone with laser treatment as I Had to have key hole surgery in 2012 to remove the dreaded 2 stones. Regards Tom.
