Can pure yoghurt cause a massive rash all over your body if you take it shortly after completing several days of a strong antibiotic? It has happened to me before - that if I take lactobacillus acidophilus too soon after taking antibiotics, I come out in a rash. The rash I have now is really severe: can I take an antihistamine for this? If I've had shingles early on in the year could this exacerbate another shingles attack (I'm over 50)?
