Can Pus Cells 3-5/hpf In HVS With Staphylococcus Growth Cause Infertility?

Hi doctor, am 30 years of age , I had an HVS some days ago and the result states pus cells 3-5/ hpf Red blood cells is Nil. Epithelial cells + Bacteria cells + Yeast Nil Culture yielded moderate growth of staphylococcus after 48 hours Can this in anyway cause infertility....... And what are likely antibiotics to use. Thanks
