Can Rashes Be A Result Of Mirena Coil?

I have had the mirena coil fitted since august 08. From spring 09 I have had a rash. Have been to the dermatologist sho said I have HS and impetigo! The rash is getting worse, have been on antibiotics but were taken off them as they werent doing any good. have tried different creams and bath things but they just make me itch more. I have also very bad thrush which is here everyday and is there a rash on my back passage 2. The doc now says I have an elevated esr and have to get it repeated along with I think an ESRB/p?
