Can Recurring Vomiting Post Hernia Repair Procedure Damage Hernia Correction?

Hi,I have just had a double inguinal hernia repair via laparoscopy.I was violently sick 6 times after the surgery until it was under control from anti sickness drugs and was given a saline drip.My concern is that the violent vomiting may have disturbed the repairs ?
