Can regular ( once a week) anal douching cause piles?
I've inly ever had them before when I was pregnant, but in the last couple of years and with a new relationship, I've noticed itching, swelling and basically usual signs of piles. ( I have a good diet)
I'm 56 and it could be because after 30 years of marriage I am in a new relationship with someone that enjoys occasional anal sex, so I make the effort about once a week to douche incase he wants to have sex in this way. ( in reality it's probably only about once every two/three weeks we actually practise anal sex)
What liquid should one use for douching? I've just used warm water. I use a bulb squirted thing.
