Can Removal Of Coil Cause Severe Pain And Cramps With Black And Red Bleeding?

I had a my tubes and essure coils removed Feb 6 I ve been in severe pain and had a cycle that had black blood then bright red severe cramping comparable to contractions I soaked 10 pads and now I just expelled from my vagina what looks like tissue with red and yellow and a really foul odor now I have severe pain inside my vagina . I feel sick to my stomach and it hurts to the touch since the surgery . I m not getting any help from Dr.s please help
