Can Rhinoplasty Be Safe For Reshaping Nose?

i am looking for a rhinoplasty surgery . i have a very wide nose. the base is very wide. is there a procedure that can change the point of contact of my nostril with the skin ? i am not talking about reducing the alar flare just is it possible to decrease the width of the base of the nostril
