Can Ringworm Be Treated With Daktacort Or E45

hi i was diagnosed with ringworm and have been usin daktacort for a week it looks like its gettin better but the skin where the rash is has become verydry.does that mean its workingand how lon should i continue using it for and also isit ok to apply e45 during the applications thanks
