Can Rough Sex Cause Sore Genital Area With Ulcer On Scrotum With Red Bumps?

I am sore in my genital area. It does not burn when I pee. I have a couple red bumps but they seem to be from shaving, and they are all spaced in different parts. I have one single little ulcer on the underside of my penis almost on my scrotum. I am freaking out and need to know if this is just from the rubbing of rough sex....
