Can Rubbing Penis On Vagina Break Hymen?

Hi i'm very concerned, i've been getting too close with my boyfriend lately and he's been rubbing his penis on top my virgina, can i still break my hymen? I've noticed that i'm a month late on my period also but lately he's been putting his sperm on my virgina, is it possible for me to get pregnant?? please help
