Can Ruptured Cyst On Ovary Cause Severe Back Pain?

Please help I am 20 years old and for six months now I hAve been having severe pain in my back and legs to where I can not even walk I had a cat scan done just recently that showed I had a large cyst on my ovary And showed signs that one may have ruptured and bled could this be causing my pain it seems to get the worst the week before during or after my period and each time it gets really bad it seems to be worse then the time before and right now my back butt thigh and calf of my left leg is throbbing and so is my chest what do you think what should I so
