Can Sebaceous Cyst On Scalp Cause Any Problem For IVF?

Hi I had a sebaceous cyst removed about ten hrs back, I had a smaller one then in another area of my scalp but doc said at time if it ever gets bothersome we can see about removing it. As it has been there for so long and probably only fractionally bigger is this ok? Can it cause me any harm? I am going through ivf at the moment and just Got a lot on my mind and need some reassurance.
