Can Secondhand Marijuana Smoke Make My Stool Smell Like Weed Despite Never Directly Smoking Any Of It?

Hi, I live in an apartment and my neighbors are constantly smoking marijuana and the smell gets into my apartment. I’m basically living with that smell. I used the bathroom today and could smell it in my poop. Can that happen even though I don’t actually smoke myself?
