Can Seizures Caused Due To Tramadol And Cipra Recur After Its Discontinuation?

My wife suffered a stroke about 2 months ago. She under went surgery to remove bone flap for the swelling. That has not replaced as of yet. Last week she developed a kidney stone and was given Cipra. She was already taking Tramadol prescribed when she had stoke, The interacted causing a seizure. Her meds have now been changed. Will this type of seizure reoccur?
