Can Sensorineural Hearing Loss Be Treated Naturally?

Hello Doctor My brother and I suffer from sensorinueral hearing loss. Its profound and bilateral. According to the ENT specialist our loss is due to a gene called connexin 26 mutation since our hearing loss pattern in symmetrical. We both have been implanted with cochlear implant on one side of the ear and are hoping for a natural cure to reverse our hearing loss for the other ear. Its affected our education drastically and our esteem is low. Is there any cure for our loss. Our loss is a progressive one.
