Can Several Red And Swollen Insect Bites On The Face Be Treated And Cured?

I got bitten several times under my chin and on my face by some sort of insect. It is over a week later and the area under my chin is swollen and red and warm to the touch. I have tried oral and topical antihistamines but still no relieve. Should I be concerned?
