Can Severe Skin Hives, Cause Failure Of IVF?

I am currently in my two week wait during an ivf cycle. I am on progesterone oil and estradiol.I have never reacted to these medications before. Although I do have a salicylate sensitivity. My HCG beta test isn't for 8 more days and my dermagraphia has flared up. I am so uncomfortable, burning and itching skin. My RE says to keep taking my zyrtec and zantac to relive comfort. It does very little. I'm not as worried about the effect of antihistamines on a pregnancy but the effect of this severe skin burning and itching and hives causing my ivf to fail. Is there any way this could happen?
