Can Sex For The First Time Interfere With Menstrual Schedule?

Okay. So my boyfriend and I had sex. Note that this was my first and he used a condom. This was probably three weeks ago at the least. My menstrual cycles have been irregular since I was 14. I'm showing all the signs of pms but it's been a week of them and I still haven't started. Can sex for the first time interfere with my menstrual schedule?
