Can Shingles Be Near The Top Middle Of Your Behind?

Can shingles be near the top middle of your behind? This is my second bout with this. The first time it was on the right side of behind, this time on the right. I am under extreme stress, as I was last year. I'm Not sexually active and I'm 58 years old. No other problems except I have fever blister often. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
