Can Si Joint Out Of Place Also Cause Lower Rib

Can si joint out of place also cause lower rib pain . I am 38 and teach aerobics and was told my si joint is out of olace. The chiro pops it back in but it only feels better for about an hour. My lower rib on same side is painful too. I've used heat, ice, I bupropion, stretched etc
