Can Sinus Infection And Stomach Pain Be Related?

.My 6 year old daughter is complaining of her stomach hurting several times a day. She said she threw up n her mouth earlier. Tums seems to give her temp relief to a slight degree. She does have sinus infection but has complained for 2 weeks now
