Can Sinus Infection Cause Hearing Loss?

I think I might have a sinus infection. Can it cause hearing loss and loss of taste? It has been a month and I cannot afford to go to the doctors. I have severe allergies and also wear a c-pap. Hearing loss started in one ear only then went to both ears but one ear hearing is coming back. Thank you
